  1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using LYTE Kids programs, services, or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

  2. Program Participation

  • Participation in LYTE Kids programs requires completion of registration forms and acknowledgment of program policies.

  • All children must be picked up within 10 minutes of the session ending. Late pickups will incur a $1 per minute fee, payable before the next session.

  • Parents/guardians acknowledge the risks associated with physical activity and waive liability for injuries incurred during participation.

  • LYTE Kids reserves the right to remove children from programs if their behavior is disruptive, without refund of fees.

  • Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies during registration. LYTE Kids is not responsible for managing medical conditions on-site.

  • In the event of a medical emergency, LYTE Kids will contact the emergency contact listed during registration and, if necessary, call 911. Parents/guardians are responsible for any medical expenses incurred. 3. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payments for programs are due at the time of registration. Monthly fees apply to recurring programs.

  • Refunds are only provided if LYTE Kids cancels a program. No refunds are issued for missed sessions or voluntary withdrawal.

  • Memberships may be frozen for $7.99 per month, allowing reactivation without re-registration.

  • LYTE Kids does not provide refunds or make-up sessions for missed classes unless the absence is due to program cancellation by LYTE Kids.

  • If your child misses a session, a summary or follow-up material may be provided, but no additional sessions will be scheduled. 4. Program Modifications and Cancellations

  • LYTE Kids reserves the right to modify program locations and schedules due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be made within a 15-mile radius of the original location.

  • Classes may be canceled in the event of extreme weather conditions. Parents will be notified at least one hour in advance.

  • LYTE Kids is not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions. 5. Photography and Media Release By registering for LYTE Kids programs, you consent to the use of photographs and videos of your child for promotional and educational purposes. No compensation will be provided. 6. Code of Conduct Parents and guardians agree to reinforce positive behavior with their children to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. Any form of bullying, violence, or disrespectful behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

  7. Program Age Requirements Each program has specific age requirements that must be met at the time of registration. LYTE Kids reserves the right to verify age eligibility and cancel participation if age criteria are not met.

  8. Liability Waiver Parents/guardians agree to release LYTE Kids and its representatives from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other claims arising from participation in our programs.
